Data processing agreement

By submitting this form, I agree that the information entered on this website may be used and processed to allow me to be contacted, to send me newsletters and other email alerts, as well as for services in connection with my request or any other needs/questions I send to the Wedad International Foundation – WIF.

I also confirm that I have been informed of the following:

  1. The data entered will be saved on servers hosted in Switzerland.
  2. The data processing delegate can be contacted via WIF Foundation.
  3. I can access my data at any time by logging into my account with the credentials that have been emailed to me. In the event of loss of this data, I can ask the WIF Foundation, to transmit them to me again.
  4. The data entered will be kept as long as my request /search is active and/or, that I have not explicitly requested the deletion to the WIF Foundation.
  5. I can at any time ask the WIF Foundation, that this last one provides the data which I transmitted to them concerning me in a CSV file, allowing the portability of the said data.
  6. I can modify my personal information at any time via my account (see point 3) or by requesting it to WIF Foundation.
  7. I can unsubscribe at any time from newsletters and other email alerts to which I am subscribed via my account (see point 3) or by asking the WIF Foundation.
  8. I can at any time ask the WIF Foundation, the complete and definitive deletion of the data in their possession (data that I personally transmitted).
